Where is this experience?
Our 2021 Christmas experience is being hosted in a secret location within Wormsley (Wormsley.com), a beautiful private estate in Stokenchurch (HP14 3YG).
Why do you need my car registration?
Wormsley is a private estate and this is an exclusive event. Guest and site security is of upmost importance.
Is it pod dining?
No, this experience takes place in a beautiful old Toy Shop setting
What can I expect at the experience?
Guests will arrive at the main gates, be directed through the estate to the car park (taking in some beautiful sights along the way!) and then our host will show you the way to the secret Toy Shop where your welcome drink and table await. The experience lasts for approximately two hours.
What is included in my experience?
This is a bespoke experience that has been created by The Secret Feast. It includes seven-course dining, welcome drink, and creative performances as the old Toy Shop comes to life. And the chance to see Wormsley of course!
Is parking available?
Yes. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the secret location within the estate. There is a 2-minute walk from the car park to the Toy Shop. We can arrange for guests to park closer to the building to facilitate drop off and pick up where required- please note your request to drop off in the ‘Guest Requirements’ box when completing your menu choices.
What do I wear for the experience?
The Toy Shop is fully heated so please treat it like a normal restaurant visit. Guests will need a warm coat to walk from the car to the building and an umbrella in case of adverse weather.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15minutes early for your experience to give you time to park, take in the beautiful estate and to walk over to the Toy Shop. There is no bar area available prior to this experience.
We are celebrating a special occasion, what can you do to help us?
Guests can order a beautiful celebration cake when completing the menu requirements form, which will be delivered to your table during the experience. If there is something more specific you would like, please let us know. We may be able to arrange a meet and greet or photo opportunity with one of our performers – please just ask and we will try our best to accommodate this.
Why do you need my menu requirements before the event?
Prior to the date of your experience, guests are asked to make their menu choices and highlight any dietary requirements on the form. This information is discussed with the Kitchen and a member of the Secret Feast team will acknowledge the requirement and confirm the changes that we will make to the menu for your guest. You can always contact us via email to discuss your requirements or update your booking so that you are comfortable that we have all the information we need.
Can you cater for my dietary requirements?
Absolutely, as long as we are made aware of the guest requirements in advance of the sitting.
What about drinks?
We operate a full bar at all of our events with a varied wine list, similar to a normal restaurant. Guests can order drinks during the evening. If we offer a Drinks Package for your experience, details of this will be included on the menu requirements form.
